Refund Policy

- The initial design concept has been indorsed.
- You’ve requested/demanded revisions.
- The cancellation has been requested due to reasons not linked to the company.
- The company/assigned manager has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks of project.
- The company policy or policies has been violated.
- Other designer or company has been asked or approached for the same project.
- The provided creative brief is lacking in mandatory details
- A change has been demanded in the complete design.
- The refund claim has been requested after the “request for refund” time span.
- The business is either closing or changing company name.
- Claims such as ‘disagreement with partner’, ‘change of mind’ or other reasons that do not relate to the provided service will not be subjected to refund under any scenario.
- If a client has opted for service package and happens to be unhappy or dissatisfied with a specific service, refund will only be applicable on that specific service and not the entire package.
- After 15 days from the purchase the client under no circumstances will be entitled to any refunds.
- Services including but not limited Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Domain Registration, Social Media Management/Handling, Logo Copyrights, Web Hosting & Paid Plugins (DDoS/SSL) are not permitted to refund under any circumstances.
- For websites, refunds requests will not be entertained once the design has been approved by the client and is in the development phase.
- For instances, the website has been designed and is uploaded on the staging links or actual domains, no refund requests are to be entertained. Webnflix.com will only assist in catering to troubleshoot only if the client has opted for web maintenance services.
- Refund requests are not to be catered once the initial logo/website designs are approved.
- A partial refund (not exceeding 25%) could be availed, if the client fails to provide the initial brief for the logo or website design within the first 10 days of placing the order.
Note: Webnflix.com withholds all the rights to reject any project or even cancel the contract whenever it deems necessary. After your refund has been granted, you will inyostantly loss any rights to use the designs for any purposes, they will be the sole property of Webnflix.com. The company will be sole rightful owner of the provided designs.
